Downloads

There are two types of download.
If you purchase an Electronic Software Download (ESD), we will contact you by email as soon as we can after your order comes through to us. This is usually within half an hour, sometimes less. On weekends or at other unsocial hours it may be a little longer, or the next morning. The email that you receive from us will include a link to the download site, together with your download or authorisation code, and any instructions that are necessary to fulfil your installation.
If you purchase a Digital Download, you must log in to your account (register if you do not have one) and, from where your name appears at the top right of the screen, select Downloadable Products where your product should be listed for download.
